Order to Cash Operations Associate

This role supports the order-to-cash process, ensuring efficient and accurate order fulfillment and revenue recognition. The associate will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to order processing, invoicing, collections, and resolving customer inquiries, contributing to a seamless customer experience and maintaining financial integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Generate invoices and ensure timely delivery.
Manage accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments.
Resolve customer inquiries and disputes related to billing and orders.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Requirements/Qualifications:

1 to 3 years of experience in order-to-cash or related field.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
