Learning Operations Trainer Success Manager

This role focuses on delivering exceptional learning experiences and ensuring client success through effective training and ongoing support. The ideal candidate will be passionate about education, possess strong communication skills, and be adept at building relationships with both internal teams and external clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver engaging training programs tailored to client needs.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients to maximize their utilization of learning resources.
Monitor client progress and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between learning programs and client objectives.
Create and maintain training materials, documentation, and online resources.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Experience in training and development, preferably in a client-facing role.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
