QA Lead

This role is for a QA Lead to oversee and guide the quality assurance efforts for our software development projects. The QA Lead will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products that meet customer expectations and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute quality assurance test plans and test cases.
Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers.
Identify, document, and track software defects.
Collaborate with developers and product managers to resolve issues.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.
Automate testing processes where applicable.
Participate in code reviews and provide feedback.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience as a QA Lead or similar role.
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and principles.
Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with Agile development methodologies.
