This role focuses on identifying and securing top talent for our client organizations. The ideal candidate will be a skilled and driven recruiter with a proven track record of successfully matching candidates with suitable positions and building strong relationships with both clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing and screening qualified candidates through various channels.
Conducting initial interviews and assessing candidate suitability.
Managing the recruitment process from start to finish.
Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates.
Negotiating offers and closing candidates.
Ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Requirements/Qualifications:

2 to 6 years of experience in recruitment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Knowledge of recruitment best practices.
