Record to Report Ops Associate

This role focuses on supporting record-to-report operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. The associate will be responsible for assisting with various accounting processes and contributing to the overall efficiency of the finance function.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of financial statements.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies.
Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
Assist with audit preparation and support.
Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
1 to 3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
Strong understanding of accounting principles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
