Trainee NPD Tooling

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the development and improvement of tooling processes within the New Product Development (NPD) department. The trainee will work closely with experienced engineers to gain practical experience in tooling design, fabrication, and maintenance, supporting the efficient and effective launch of new products.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the design and development of tooling for manufacturing processes.
Support the fabrication and modification of tooling components.
Participate in tooling maintenance and troubleshooting activities.
Collaborate with engineers to optimize tooling performance and efficiency.
Document tooling designs, processes, and maintenance procedures.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Production, or related field).
0-1 years of experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
Basic understanding of tooling principles and manufacturing processes.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
