Project Head

This role involves leading and managing complex real estate projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Project Head will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project execution, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Leading and managing project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and other relevant professionals.
Developing and implementing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Monitoring project progress and identifying potential risks and issues.
Ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and safety standards.
Managing stakeholder relationships and communicating project updates effectively.
Overseeing procurement and contract management.
Ensuring quality control and adherence to design specifications.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Extensive experience (25-30 years) in project management, preferably within the real estate industry.
Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.
Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
