FEA Engineer / CAE Engineer / Analyzer

This role involves performing finite element analysis (FEA) and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulations to support engineering design and development. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and executing simulations, analyzing results, and providing recommendations for design improvements. This position requires a strong understanding of FEA principles and experience with relevant software tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute FEA models to simulate structural, thermal, and dynamic behavior of components and systems.
Analyze simulation results and identify potential design weaknesses or areas for improvement.
Prepare detailed reports documenting simulation setup, results, and conclusions.
Collaborate with engineers to understand design requirements and provide technical support.
Validate simulation results against experimental data, when available.
Maintain and update FEA model libraries and best practices.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
1 to 4 years of experience in FEA modeling and analysis.
Proficiency in FEA software such as ANSYS, Abaqus, or similar.
Strong understanding of FEA principles, including element types, boundary conditions, and material properties.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and presentation skills.
