SQL Server DBA Administrator

This role involves ensuring the stability, integrity, and performance of critical database systems. The DBA will be responsible for managing and maintaining SQL Server environments, optimizing database performance, and implementing security measures to protect sensitive data. This position requires a proactive individual with strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality database services.

Key Responsibilities:

Database installation, configuration, and upgrades.
Performance monitoring and tuning of SQL Server instances.
Implementation and maintenance of backup and recovery strategies.
Troubleshooting database issues and providing timely resolutions.
Security management, including user access control and data encryption.
Capacity planning and resource optimization.
Collaboration with development and operations teams.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience as a SQL Server DBA.
Strong understanding of SQL Server architecture and internals.
Experience with database performance tuning and optimization.
Knowledge of backup and recovery methodologies.
Familiarity with security best practices for SQL Server.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
