Product Owner

This role focuses on defining and driving the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a key area within our organization. The Product Owner will work closely with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality products that meet customer needs and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Define and prioritize product features based on market research, customer feedback, and business goals.
Create and maintain a prioritized product backlog.
Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements.
Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Monitor product performance and identify areas for improvement.
Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure product quality.

Requirements/Qualifications

Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role.
Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think strategically and translate business needs into technical requirements.
Experience with product management tools.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
