Vrops Engineer

This role focuses on managing and optimizing virtual recovery operations, ensuring business continuity and data protection. The Vrops Engineer will be responsible for maintaining the virtual recovery environment, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with various teams to ensure the effectiveness of disaster recovery strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the virtual recovery platform.
Monitor the health and performance of the virtual recovery environment.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to virtual recovery.
Develop and maintain virtual recovery procedures and documentation.
Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and security teams.
Participate in disaster recovery drills and exercises.
Implement and maintain security best practices within the virtual recovery environment.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Experience in virtual recovery operations.
Strong understanding of virtualization technologies.
Experience with backup and recovery solutions.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with scripting languages is a plus.
