Java Production Support

This role focuses on providing ongoing support and maintenance for Java-based production systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong troubleshooting skills and a deep understanding of Java application architecture, ensuring stability, performance, and reliability of critical business applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor production systems and proactively identify potential issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents in a timely manner.
Perform root cause analysis and implement preventative measures.
Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth deployments.
Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support.
Optimize application performance and scalability.
Document support procedures and knowledge base articles.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Strong proficiency in Java programming.
Experience with production support and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with application servers (e.g., Tomcat, JBoss).
Knowledge of database technologies (e.g., Oracle, MySQL).
