MySQL DBA

This role is focused on ensuring the stability, performance, and security of our MySQL database systems. The MySQL DBA will be responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of database environments, contributing to the overall reliability and efficiency of our applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Database design, implementation, and maintenance.
Performance monitoring and tuning.
Backup and recovery strategy implementation.
Security management and access control.
Troubleshooting and resolving database issues.
Capacity planning and resource optimization.
Automation of database tasks.

Requirements/Qualifications:

8 to 10 years of experience as a MySQL DBA.
Strong understanding of MySQL architecture and internals.
Experience with database performance tuning and optimization.
Proficiency in SQL and database scripting.
Knowledge of backup and recovery procedures.
Experience with database security best practices.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
