Manager - Organizational Development & Transformation

This role focuses on driving organizational effectiveness and leading transformation initiatives within a dynamic and evolving business environment. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven ability to design and implement programs that enhance performance, improve processes, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and facilitate organizational development initiatives, including change management, talent development, and performance management.
Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Conduct needs assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted solutions.
Partner with business leaders to align organizational development strategies with business goals.

Requirements/Qualifications:

7 to 12 years of experience in organizational development, human resources, or a related field.
Strong understanding of organizational development principles and practices.
Proven ability to design and implement effective training programs.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills.
Experience with change management methodologies.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
