Performance Testing - Neoload

This role focuses on ensuring the performance, scalability, and reliability of software applications through rigorous testing methodologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, executing, and analyzing performance tests to identify bottlenecks and optimize system performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop performance test plans and test cases.
Execute performance tests using Neoload and analyze results.
Identify and document performance bottlenecks and provide recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with development teams to resolve performance issues.
Monitor system performance in production environments.
Automate performance testing processes.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Strong experience in performance testing methodologies.
Proficiency in using Neoload for performance testing.
Experience with performance monitoring tools.
Understanding of web application architectures and technologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript) is a plus.
