Accounts Payable Executive - Claims

This role involves managing accounts payable processes, specifically focusing on claims related to procurement and vendor payments. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, maintain strong vendor relationships, and contribute to efficient financial operations within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Process and verify invoices accurately.
Manage vendor inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
Ensure timely payments to vendors.
Maintain accurate records of payments and invoices.
Reconcile accounts payable statements.
Assist with month-end closing activities.
Adhere to company policies and procedures related to accounts payable.

Requirements/Qualifications:

1 to 6 years of experience in accounts payable.
Strong understanding of accounts payable processes.
Proficiency in data entry and reconciliation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience with accounting software is a plus.
