International Mobility Specialist

This role focuses on supporting the global mobility programs for Cradlepoint, ensuring seamless and compliant international assignments for employees. The International Mobility Specialist will be a key point of contact for employees, managers, and HR partners, providing guidance and support throughout the entire assignment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and administer international assignment processes, including visa applications, relocation services, and tax compliance.
Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on international mobility policies and procedures.
Coordinate with external vendors, such as immigration attorneys, relocation specialists, and tax advisors.
Ensure compliance with relevant immigration laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to international assignments.
Assist with the development and implementation of international mobility programs and policies.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Experience in international mobility or global HR.
Strong understanding of immigration laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with global mobility software is a plus.
