Workday HCM Technical

This role involves providing technical expertise and support for Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) implementations and ongoing operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Workday configuration, integration, and troubleshooting, ensuring the system meets business requirements and delivers optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure and customize Workday HCM modules to align with client needs.
Develop and maintain Workday integrations with other systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve Workday technical issues.
Participate in the design and implementation of Workday solutions.
Provide technical guidance and support to end-users.
Document Workday configurations and processes.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience with Workday HCM configuration and implementation.
Strong understanding of Workday security and access controls.
Experience with Workday integrations (e.g., REST APIs, EIBs).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
