Civil Supervisor

This role involves overseeing and coordinating civil engineering projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The Civil Supervisor will be responsible for managing teams, monitoring progress, and maintaining quality standards throughout the construction process.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction crews.
Ensure projects adhere to safety regulations and quality standards.
Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or issues.
Manage resources effectively, including materials and equipment.
Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure designs are implemented correctly.
Conduct regular site inspections to assess work quality and safety.
Prepare and submit progress reports to project managers.

Requirements/Qualifications

Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor or similar role.
Strong understanding of construction principles and practices.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
Proficiency in using construction management software (preferred).
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
