SAP Convergent Charging CC Technical Consultant

This role focuses on providing technical expertise and support for SAP Convergent Charging (CC) systems. The consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and maintaining CC solutions to meet business requirements, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure and customize SAP Convergent Charging solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CC.
Develop and execute test plans to ensure system functionality.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions.
Provide technical documentation and training.
Participate in system upgrades and enhancements.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Experience with SAP Convergent Charging (CC) implementation and support.
Strong understanding of telecommunications billing concepts.
