SAP Testing Lead

This role involves leading the testing efforts for SAP MM and Retail modules, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions. The SAP Testing Lead will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing test plans, identifying and resolving defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and reliable SAP applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for SAP MM and Retail modules.
Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate bug tracking tools.
Collaborate with developers and business analysts to resolve defects and ensure timely resolution.
Perform regression testing to ensure existing functionality remains intact after changes.
Lead and mentor a team of testers, providing guidance and support.
Participate in the design and development of test automation frameworks.
Ensure adherence to testing standards and best practices.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Extensive experience in SAP testing, with a focus on MM and Retail modules.
Strong understanding of SAP testing methodologies and best practices.
Experience in designing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
Proficiency in using testing tools and bug tracking systems.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience leading and mentoring a team of testers.
