Talent Acquisition Executive

This role focuses on identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support the company's growth and operational needs. The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires, ensuring a positive candidate experience and contributing to a diverse and skilled workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Utilize various sourcing channels, including online job boards, social media, and networking events, to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment best practices.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
Strong understanding of recruitment principles and practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
