International Sales Manager

This role is focused on driving international sales growth and expanding market presence for a leading pharmaceutical company. The International Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building strong relationships with key clients, and achieving sales targets in assigned international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement international sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in international markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
Negotiate contracts and close deals.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals (if applicable).
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment.
Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Significant experience in international sales, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Experience in managing and mentoring sales teams (if applicable).

Ability to travel internationally as needed.
