Team Lead Manager Recruitment

This role involves leading and managing a recruitment team to effectively source, screen, and hire top talent for various positions within the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of recruitment best practices, and the ability to build and motivate a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support to ensure successful candidate sourcing and placement.
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment plans.
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience in recruitment, with a focus on team leadership.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
