IVR Developer

This role focuses on the design, development, and maintenance of Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building robust and scalable IVR solutions that enhance customer experience and streamline business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop IVR applications based on business requirements.
Implement and maintain IVR flows, dialogs, and voice prompts.
