Amadeus Manual GDS Travel Ticketing Specialist

This role focuses on providing expert support and handling travel ticketing processes using the Amadeus Global Distribution System. The ideal candidate will possess strong manual GDS skills and experience in the travel industry, ensuring accurate and efficient ticketing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Process travel reservations and ticketing requests accurately and efficiently using Amadeus.
Resolve ticketing issues and discrepancies promptly.
Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Amadeus functionalities and travel industry regulations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience in travel ticketing, specifically with Amadeus GDS.
Strong manual GDS skills and proficiency.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
