Branch Relationship Manager

This role involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships while promoting financial products and services. The Branch Relationship Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This position requires a proactive and results-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Acquire new customers through various channels.
Provide financial advice and recommend suitable products to clients.

Resolve customer queries and complaints effectively.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
0 to 5 years of experience in sales or customer service.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport with clients.
Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of financial products and services (preferred).
Proficiency in computer applications.
