HR Recruiter

This role focuses on identifying, attracting, and securing top talent to support the company's growth. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a passion for connecting people with opportunities and building strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
Screening resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Conducting initial phone screenings and interviews.
Coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Managing the offer process and onboarding new hires.
Maintaining accurate records of candidate activity and communication.

Requirements/Qualifications:

0-1 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
