Vendor Invoice Management Consultant

This role focuses on providing expert consulting services related to vendor invoice management. The consultant will be responsible for optimizing processes, ensuring accuracy, and implementing best practices to streamline invoice handling and improve financial efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze existing vendor invoice management processes and identify areas for improvement.
Develop and implement strategies to automate and optimize invoice workflows.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.
Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.
Provide training and support to users on invoice management systems and procedures.
Document processes and procedures related to vendor invoice management.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Experience in vendor invoice management or related financial processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in relevant software and systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with OpenText VIM is highly desirable.
