Senior Associate - Private Equity Fund Accounting

This role involves supporting the fund accounting operations for private equity funds. The Senior Associate will be responsible for assisting in the accurate and timely processing of fund accounting transactions, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the accounting team.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of fund financial statements.
Perform daily accounting tasks, including transaction processing and reconciliations.
Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting data.
Maintain proper documentation and records.
Assist with audit requests and inquiries.
Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
2 to 6 years of experience in fund accounting, preferably within the private equity industry.
Strong understanding of fund accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
