Lead Power BI Developer

This role focuses on leading the development and implementation of Power BI solutions to support data-driven decision-making within the organization. The Lead Power BI Developer will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining robust and scalable dashboards and reports, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility for stakeholders across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of Power BI dashboards and reports.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into effective visualizations.
Ensure data quality and accuracy through data validation and cleansing processes.
Optimize Power BI models for performance and scalability.
Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI usage.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Power BI features and best practices.

Requirements/Qualifications:

7 to 10 years of experience in data analysis and business intelligence.
Strong proficiency in Power BI development, including DAX and Power Query.
Experience with data modeling and database design.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with data visualization best practices.
