SAP SuccessFactors Functional Contractor

This role involves providing functional expertise in SAP SuccessFactors to support implementation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of the system. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective SuccessFactors solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure and customize SAP SuccessFactors modules to meet business needs.
Participate in the full lifecycle of SuccessFactors projects, from requirements gathering to deployment.
Provide support and troubleshooting for SuccessFactors users.
Develop and maintain documentation related to SuccessFactors configurations and processes.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultant.
Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation).
Experience with configuration and customization of SuccessFactors.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
