Solution Process Owner

This role focuses on owning and optimizing key solution processes within a dynamic technology environment. The Solution Process Owner will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency, effectiveness, and continuous improvement of these processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and document solution processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure process adherence.
Monitor process performance and identify areas for optimization.
Develop and deliver training materials to support process adoption.
Manage and resolve process-related issues and escalations.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Extensive experience in solution process management, ideally within the SAP ecosystem.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Experience with process mapping and improvement methodologies.
Proven ability to drive process change and adoption.
