Kannada Domestic Voice Process

This role involves providing customer support and handling inquiries via voice communication in the Kannada language. The position requires excellent communication skills, a patient demeanor, and the ability to resolve customer issues effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Answering inbound calls and addressing customer concerns.
Providing accurate information and resolving customer issues.
Documenting customer interactions and resolutions.
Adhering to quality standards and service level agreements.
Escalating complex issues to appropriate teams.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Fluency in Kannada and English.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle customer interactions with patience and empathy.
Basic computer literacy.
Experience in a voice-based customer service role is a plus.
