Therapy Manager

This role involves overseeing and coordinating therapy-related activities within a healthcare setting. The Therapy Manager will be responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of therapeutic interventions, managing a team of therapists, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of therapy programs.
Manage and supervise a team of therapists, providing guidance and support.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and coordinate patient care plans.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy interventions as needed.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance therapy services.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Relevant degree in therapy or a related field.
Proven experience in a therapy management role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of therapeutic techniques and interventions.
Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
