Assistant BPO Operations Manager

This role involves overseeing and optimizing the performance of BPO operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to established processes. The Assistant BPO Operations Manager will support the management team in achieving operational goals and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and analyze BPO performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Assist in developing and implementing operational strategies and procedures.
Manage and motivate BPO teams to achieve performance targets.

Requirements/Qualifications

5 to 10 years of experience in BPO operations management.
