Manager - Information Security

This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a robust information security program to protect the organization's data and systems. The Manager will work closely with various departments to ensure security best practices are followed and to respond to security incidents effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement information security policies, standards, and procedures.
Conduct regular security risk assessments and vulnerability scans.
Monitor security systems and investigate security incidents.
Manage and maintain security tools and technologies.
Provide security awareness training to employees.
Ensure compliance with relevant security regulations and standards.
Collaborate with IT teams to implement security controls.
Stay up-to-date on the latest security threats and vulnerabilities.

Requirements/Qualifications:

8 to 12 years of experience in information security.
Strong understanding of information security principles and practices.
Experience with security risk assessments, vulnerability management, and incident response.
Knowledge of security technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and antivirus software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are a plus.
