SME Channel Commercial Insurance Non-Motor Insurance Agency

This role focuses on building and managing a network of insurance agents specializing in commercial and non-motor insurance products for small and medium-sized enterprises. The ideal candidate will be responsible for agent recruitment, training, performance management, and ensuring adherence to compliance standards, ultimately driving sales and expanding Policybazaar's reach in the SME sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruiting and onboarding qualified insurance agents.
Providing comprehensive training on insurance products and sales techniques.
Monitoring agent performance and providing ongoing coaching and support.
Ensuring agents comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Developing and implementing strategies to increase agent productivity and sales.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with agents.
Identifying and resolving agent-related issues.

Requirements/Qualifications:

1 to 6 years of experience in insurance sales, agency management, or related fields.
Strong understanding of commercial and non-motor insurance products.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to motivate and manage a team of agents.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
