Agile Coach

This role focuses on guiding and mentoring teams to adopt and improve agile methodologies. The Agile Coach will work closely with stakeholders to foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and high performance, ensuring the successful delivery of projects and products.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Coach teams on agile principles, practices, and values.
Identify and remove impediments to team progress.
Promote self-organization and continuous improvement within teams.
Mentor team members in agile techniques and tools.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align agile practices with business goals.
Develop and deliver agile training programs.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Agile Coach or similar role.
Deep understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, XP).
Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders.
Experience in leading and mentoring teams.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience with agile project management tools.
