Workday HCM Consultant

This role involves providing expert consulting services related to Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) implementations, configurations, and support. The consultant will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into effective Workday solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure and customize Workday HCM modules to meet client requirements.
Participate in the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Workday HCM systems.
Develop and deliver training materials and conduct user training sessions.
Troubleshoot and resolve Workday HCM issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Workday HCM consultant.
Strong understanding of Workday HCM functionality and configuration.
Experience with Workday implementation methodologies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5 to 10 years of relevant experience.
