Urdu Language Expert

This role involves providing expert linguistic support and translation services within a global organization. The Urdu Language Expert will be responsible for ensuring accurate and culturally appropriate communication across various platforms and departments, contributing to effective collaboration and understanding.

Key Responsibilities:

Translate documents and communications from Urdu to English and vice versa.
Review and edit translated materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and cultural appropriateness.
Provide linguistic support for meetings, presentations, and training sessions.
Maintain terminology databases and glossaries.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Native or near-native fluency in Urdu.
Excellent command of English.
Proven experience in translation and interpretation.
Strong understanding of cultural nuances and sensitivities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
