New Product Development Engineer

This role focuses on the design, development, and implementation of new products within the rubber and engineering plastics sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contributing to the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring high-quality and innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Participate in the design and development of new products.
Conduct research and analysis to identify market trends and customer needs.
Develop and test prototypes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality assurance, and sales.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Document design specifications and testing results.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or related field).
3 to 5 years of experience in product development.
Experience with rubber and/or engineering plastics.
Strong understanding of engineering principles and design methodologies.
Proficiency in CAD software.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
