Analyst Finance Business Partner

This role involves partnering with business stakeholders to provide financial support, analysis, and insights. The Analyst Finance Business Partner will play a crucial role in driving financial performance and supporting strategic decision-making within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide financial analysis and reporting to support business decisions.
Develop and maintain financial models to forecast future performance.
Partner with business units to understand their financial needs and provide solutions.
Monitor and analyze financial performance against budget and forecasts.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency.
Support the preparation of financial statements and regulatory filings.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
3 to 5 years of experience in financial analysis or a related role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
