Stamping Simulation Engineer

This role focuses on utilizing simulation techniques to optimize stamping processes and ensure high-quality manufacturing. The engineer will be responsible for developing and validating simulation models, analyzing results, and providing recommendations for process improvements. This position requires a strong understanding of stamping principles, finite element analysis, and simulation software.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain stamping simulation models.
Conduct simulations to analyze material behavior and process performance.
Identify and resolve potential issues in the stamping process.
Validate simulation results through experimental testing.
Provide technical support to manufacturing teams.
Collaborate with engineers to optimize tooling and die designs.
Document simulation methodologies and results.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Experience with finite element analysis (FEA) software.
Strong understanding of stamping processes and tooling.
Proficiency in material modeling and simulation techniques.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
