Plant Finance Lead

This role is responsible for providing financial leadership and oversight for a manufacturing plant. The Plant Finance Lead will partner with operations to ensure financial performance, drive cost optimization, and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the plant's financial planning and analysis processes.
Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial performance metrics.
Provide financial support for capital projects and investments.
Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives.
Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals.

Requirements/Qualifications

Significant experience in finance and accounting, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools.
Experience with cost accounting principles.
