Financial Planning Analyst

This role involves supporting the financial planning and analysis function, contributing to accurate forecasting, budgeting, and reporting. The Financial Planning Analyst will work closely with various stakeholders to provide insights and recommendations that drive informed decision-making and support the company's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and budgeting.
Analyze financial data and identify trends and variances.
Prepare financial reports and presentations for management.
Support the annual budgeting process and ongoing forecasting activities.
Assist in the development of financial strategies and initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
1 to 6 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial modeling tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
