Business Project Manager - Business Transformation Tool Deployment

This role involves leading and managing projects focused on the implementation and deployment of business transformation tools. The Business Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring successful project delivery, aligning with business objectives, and collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
Manage project risks and issues, proactively identifying and implementing mitigation strategies.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business users, and vendors.
Monitor project progress and report on status to stakeholders.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Significant experience in project management, preferably within a business transformation context.
Proven ability to manage complex projects from initiation to completion.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
Experience with business transformation tools and technologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in the logistics or shipping industry is a plus.
