Analyst I - Finance Business Partner

This role involves providing analytical support and partnering with business stakeholders to drive financial insights and decision-making. The Analyst I will be responsible for supporting financial planning, reporting, and analysis activities, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports and presentations for management.
Support the budgeting and forecasting process.
Collaborate with business partners to understand their financial needs and provide analytical support.
Maintain and improve financial models and tools.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
2 to 3 years of experience in a financial analysis role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
