HR Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions, ensuring alignment with company goals, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires.
Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance.
Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers.

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Requirements/Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Proven experience in an HR management role.
Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in HRIS systems.
Experience with SAP HR module is a plus.
