Diversity Hiring Operations Manager

This role focuses on managing and optimizing diversity hiring initiatives within an international BPO environment. The Diversity Hiring Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring inclusive hiring practices, streamlining processes, and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve diversity goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement diversity hiring strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, with a focus on attracting and selecting diverse talent.
Partner with hiring managers to ensure inclusive hiring practices.
Monitor and analyze diversity metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Stay abreast of best practices and legal requirements related to diversity and inclusion.
Coordinate with external partners and organizations to promote diversity initiatives.

Requirements/Qualifications:

5-10 years of experience in operations management, preferably within a diversity and inclusion or recruitment context.
Strong understanding of diversity and inclusion principles and best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
Ability to analyze data and identify trends.
